Siddharth Chopra, the brother of global icon Priyanka Chopra, is set to tie the knot with Neelam Upadhyaya on 7th February. The wedding festivities are already underway, having commenced with a Mata Ki Chowki. Priyanka, who had been filming in Hyderabad, arrived in Mumbai to partake in the celebrations. The Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies also took place in the city, with her cousin Mannara Chopra spotted by her side. However, Parineeti Chopra was noticeably absent from the pre-wedding functions.

Parineeti Chopra likely to attend Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddharth’s wedding

Priyanka did not attend Parineeti and Raghav Chadha’s wedding in September 2023 due to work commitments, and now Parineeti has been missing from Siddharth’s Mehendi and Haldi as well. This absence sparked speculation about a possible family rift, particularly after Parineeti posted on Instagram, leading fans to question the Chopra family dynamics. However, a recent report has dispelled these rumours, confirming that Parineeti is indeed attending the wedding on 7th February.

According to Hindustan Times, a source shared, “She will attend it tomorrow, i.e. 7th February, and husband Raghav Chadha is also expected to be there. Parineeti has been shooting for her next film, which is why she couldn’t attend the previous ceremonies.”

More about the Siddharth and Neelam’s wedding

Parineeti has been busy filming an upcoming project in Mumbai, the details of which have yet to be revealed. Deven Bhojani is said to be her co-star in the film. Although she was unable to join the earlier wedding events, her parents were present at the Mehendi, as seen in inside photos shared by Priyanka.

Meanwhile, Priyanka’s husband, Nick Jonas, landed in Mumbai on Thursday afternoon to be part of the wedding celebrations. His parents, Kevin and Denise Jonas, had arrived earlier and were already in the city with Priyanka. In a heartwarming moment during the Mehendi ceremony, Kevin Jonas was seen distributing sweets to the paparazzi, further adding to the joyous atmosphere.

As the Chopra family gears up for the big day, all eyes are now on the grand wedding set to take place on 7th February, with Bollywood stars and family members coming together for the joyous occasion.
